There is a 3 hour minimum for all private birthday parties or group events

Please also note that all days that the NYC public schools are closed will be charged at our Saturday and Sunday rates. (This also includes when any schools are closed for teacher conferences) all National holidays and three days before and three days after a national holiday, or any day the nyc public schools are closed, will also be charged at our Saturday and Sunday rates. also, three weeks before and three weeks after the public schools are closed for summer vacation or Christmas vacation or any vacation of one week or more, you will also be charged at our Saturday and Sunday rates.

We close the store to the public when we have a private party! only you and your guests are allowed in the store during this time!!! 

Please also be aware that our ticket redemption games that normally award tickets to win prizes, that this feature is not available during private parties, and therefore no tickets are awarded for these games during your private party. however, you are also still able to play all of these games along with all the other games in the store on free play during your private party.

of course, if you want to win prizes during the party, you may purchase separate cards at our kiosks during your party that wiill award tickets to win prizes.

also, for all private parties only, you may purchase separate $10 cards for these ticket redemption games when the reservation is made at a 50% discount, or $5.00 for each $10 card. a maximum of up to 50 of these $10 discounted cards may be purchased, but they must be purchased at the same time when the reservation is made. 

chinatown fair provides one table for you to place whatever food or drinks that you choose to bring. you may bring additional tables and/or chairs if you desire to do so.

Please note that all private parties must be paid in full by credit card or cash when the reservation is made and are non refundable. please visit the store or preferably email us at jessejanson7@gmail.com to make your reservation. once a private party is booked, the date and time of the party may not be changed unless there is a snowstorm that prevents the party from occurring on the original time and date that the private party had been booked for. again, all payments for private parties are non refundable since this time and date has been reserved solely for you and your guests, and our regular customers have been notified that our store will be closed during the time and date that you have reserved. please also note that we do not provide a birthday cake or candles or any other food or drink or decorations or cups or plates or napkins etcetera with this private party plan. however, all birthday party guests may bring any birthday cake/s or candles or any food or drinks or decorations or cups or plates or napkins, etcetera, for their party. also please note that all parties in the middle of the day (if you are not the first or last party of the day) will occur a 20% surcharge during certain times of the year. please also note that there is no usage of the bathroom during private parties. please also note that prices and all rules and regulations for this page may change until payment in full has been made for your private party or event.

Also, please note that no photo shoots or professional filming of any kind is allowed during private parties. (in other words, no cameras of any kind are allowed to be taken out or used in the store during a private party. however, the one exception here is that we do allow pictures to be taken from cell phones.)
